“Washington’s Green Grocer” is a farm-to-door delivery service that delivers fresh organic and locally sourced produce and groceries to the DMV area. They partner with local farms and local small businesses with a strong emphasis on sustainability, ethical practices, and helping to feed families nutrient-rich meals and produce. WGG is an e-commerce-based business that offers farm boxes, meal kits, and juice kits. Their company needed a refresh and a new approach to their previous marketing efforts.

Re-branding the instagram feed.

The previous social media page needed direction and strategy to help build brand awareness and a better way to connect with its audience. It also lacked proper branding and didn’t really stand out to potential customers. The goal was to build a stronger online presence, build brand awareness, and attract new followers.

We did this by curating and testing specific content and building a social media strategy. The feed was also tailored to be informational and simple to navigate based on specific topics. This allowed our content to be easily digestible so viewers could understand what the company was about and clearly show value. We did this with branded text cover photos on our reels. We have seen over a 140% increase in engagement in the last 90 days.

Influencer Campaign

An influencer campaign was created as the company lacked any social proof on major social platforms. Using content creators helped the brand to spread brand awareness and better connect with potential customers. The goal was to not only show an unboxing but also the potential dishes you could make with a single box.

From this campaign alone we have seen a 20% increase in sales with each creator promoting their own discount code to encourage customers to purchase. Building a brand means building something people can connect to.

It was important to establish WGG as more than a service but a brand that was personal, authentic, and real. Incorporating more warm faces next to the farm boxes has helped customers identify our brand and build trust.
